Whilst In Ahmedabad I visited Gandhi’s Ashram. This recording was made in the courtyard of the house whilst I was sitting on a window ledge watching other tourists come and go.

Sound Ecologies Walk Part 1 181109

I attended the Sound Ecologies: Listening in the City event at City University London and recorded the entirety of the listening walk (led by Aki Pasoulas and Ambrose Seddon), whilst listening of course. It was rather surreal to be walking around the city amongst 20 or so other silent participants for an hour and after I got used to that strange scenarios, I really enjoyed focusing on the task at hand.
